2. NOT MEDICAL CARE
AdriNLflow does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, psychotherapy, or emergency medical services unless a specific service is expressly provided by an appropriately licensed healthcare professional acting within the scope of their license.

4. PREGNANCY AND POSTPARTUM SERVICES
Certain AdriNLflow services may be designed for women during pregnancy or after childbirth.
Participation in pregnancy or postpartum movement programs should be undertaken only when medically appropriate for the individual participant.
Pregnancy and postpartum circumstances vary significantly from person to person.
AdriNLflow does not determine whether a particular exercise or movement is medically appropriate for you.
You are responsible for obtaining clearance or guidance from your healthcare provider when appropriate and for communicating relevant restrictions or recommendations to AdriNLflow before participating.
5. AVIVA METHOD AND MOVEMENT SERVICES
Some AdriNLflow services incorporate or reference the AVIVA Method and related movement practices.
These services are intended to provide movement, wellness education, and supportive practices.
Statements concerning possible benefits of movement, relaxation, stress reduction, menstrual-cycle awareness, fertility support, menopause wellness, or other areas should not be interpreted as a guarantee of a particular medical outcome.
Individual experiences and results may vary.
AdriNLflow does not guarantee pregnancy, fertility improvement, hormonal changes, symptom reduction, disease prevention, or any other specific health outcome.

Results from wellness coaching, exercise, lifestyle changes, educational programs, or other AdriNLflow services vary from person to person.
Your results may depend on numerous factors, including your health history, consistency, lifestyle, nutrition, exercise, stress, sleep, medical circumstances, and other factors outside AdriNLflow's control.

10. APPOINTMENTS AND BOOKING
