Welcome

The Aviva Method was developed through 28 years of dedicated research by Aviva Gabriella Steiner, who sought to identify specific exercises capable of influencing the female reproductive system and menstrual cycle. Through years of observation and practical application, she created a structured sequence of movements that, when practiced consistently over time, appeared to help restore menstruation in many women experiencing menstrual irregularities.

Aviva proposed that specific rhythmic movements of the pelvic floor, hips, and lower body stimulate circulation within the pelvic region. According to the method, these movements increase blood flow to the reproductive organs, including the uterus, ovaries, and cervix, enhancing the delivery of oxygen, nutrients, and naturally circulating hormones to these tissues. This improved circulation is believed by practitioners to support the body's natural regulatory processes and promote healthy reproductive function.

About Me

My name is Adrienn Molnar, and I have dedicated my career to supporting women on their journey toward better reproductive and hormonal health. My passion for the Aviva Method began from a deeply personal place. Like many women, I experienced my own fertility challenges and searched for natural ways to better understand and support my body.

During that journey, I discovered the Aviva Method. What initially began as a personal practice soon became a life-changing experience. As I learned and consistently practiced the movements, I became fascinated not only by their potential to support menstrual health and fertility but also by the profound connection between movement, circulation, hormones, and emotional well-being.

The more I studied, the more I realized that the Aviva Method offers far more than a fertility-focused exercise program. It is a specialized movement system designed to improve circulation in the pelvic region, increase body awareness, and encourage the body's natural self-regulating processes. Many women who practice the method report improvements in menstrual regularity, reduced menstrual discomfort, increased body awareness, improved pelvic floor function, greater vitality, and a renewed sense of balance.

Today, the Aviva Method is practiced by women seeking support for a wide range of life stages and concerns, including irregular menstrual cycles, symptoms associated with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), fertility preparation, postpartum recovery, perimenopause, and menopause. Many women also find that the practice promotes relaxation, helps them manage everyday stress, supports healthy pelvic floor function, and encourages a stronger connection with their bodies. While the method is not a replacement for medical diagnosis or treatment, it can serve as a valuable complementary practice alongside professional healthcare.

My mission is to provide women with knowledge, movement, and hope. I believe every woman deserves to understand her body, feel empowered by it, and have access to natural tools that support her overall well-being. As a physical therapist, health and wellness coach, and certified Aviva Method instructor, I am committed to creating a safe, compassionate, and evidence-informed environment where women can reconnect with their bodies and discover their own path toward health, balance, and confidence.

For me, the Aviva Method is more than a sequence of exercises—it is a philosophy of trusting the body's remarkable ability to restore balance when it is given the right support. It has transformed my own life, and it is a privilege to share this journey with other women every day.
